My carpet cleaning appointment on Thursday, August 6, 2026, was scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Derric arrived on time—shortly after 8:00 a.m. and before 8:30 a.m. He kept me informed of his en route status until he arrived, which I really appreciated.
The carpet cleaning was completed professionally and was never rushed. His 13 years of experience really showed in the quality of his work. Thank you for the excellent service.

My cleaner Darrell was AWESOME! Extremely friendly and insightful. There were a few stains that I honestly didn’t think anyone could get out, but Darrell took care of it! I will be using Goodson Steamer from here on out!
