We were selling our father's home and the carpet was old, stained, and needed to be stretched before showings. We knew that there was hard wood underneath the carpet and were selling "as is". When they came out to do an estimate, I was surprised that he (I'm sorry that I don't know the man's name) said that he would not spend the money to stretch or clean the carpet, because the new owners would want to pull it up anyway. I asked whether I should pull it up before the showings, but he said to save my time and effort, since we didn't know the condition of wood. This is the second time I have used this company. First time we cleaned carpets and did some restretching which has held up well. This time we just cleaned the carpet .They are very responsive and update you when they are coming . Their communication is great . They also will move some furniture for you to clean under . I definitely will continue to use them .Services: Carpet cleaning

I called and the gentleman was very nice. He made an appointment to view my furniture and carper, but never called back or came. I called a second time and made a second appointment, but he didn't call or come for that either. I'm very disappointed.Update: There was some miscommunication but they have been more than accommodating. My furniture, carpet, and rugs look fantastic. Very Happy Customers!!!
