the cemetery is absolutely beautiful. my grandparents are here, and it's been wonderful...BUT, they really dropped the ball with my father. my father passed in June, we went in picked out the plot, paid for everything, sent over my dad's dd214s, and picked out what I wanted on his marker, was told "everything was good to go" 2 months later, still no marker, I called, the secretary said it doesn't show as being ordered, but it didn't say why, she would call me back. the following week, no call back, so I called again, she said it wasn't ordered because I still owed $300....first of all WHY couldn't they call me to let me know 2 months ago? when I was told everything was...read full review
How long does it take to get the date of death on the gravestone??? My mother was interred in May, my sister - directly next to her in June. It is now Aug. 6 and still uncompleted!! PLEASE GIVE OUR FAMILY AN EXPLANATION.
They need to do an update on their hours!! I almost didn’t go today (Mother’s Day) because the hours said 430 and it’s 4. I decided to call to double check and the recording said 8pm. That is extremely misleading. They need to find a way to explain the hours are for the office, which nobody ever answers the phone anyways, but I’ll save that goone another day. But the hours shown are NOT for the actual cemetery hours, just office. Please find a way to make it known. Would be so upset if I didn’t ho today thinking it closed at 430 when in reality it was 8pm. Thank you.
