It’s a happy and fun environment. You get to choose which classes you want to take and there are a variety. Kickboxing, yoga, kettlebell and HITT. Morning, afternoon and evenings. And these instructors are the bomb!!! They really get in a tough and worth while work out in the 45 or 60 minute classes. I’ve never felt like an outcast and everyone says hi and makes you feel welcome. They also have great swag. Shirts. Hoodies. Jewelry. Supplements. Drinks. Protein bars.. etc. Just an awesome place and I’m glad I chose to walk in and start my journey! Thank you FIT THEOREM. I LOVE YOU!

I Love this gym! Knowledgable and friendly training team for kickboxing, yoga, kettlebell and a mix of everything in-between. The coaches always push you to give it everything you got, even when you think you are to tired to finish they always support and encourage you to finish strong?They also do a great job of mixing things up so you don't get the same boring class over and over again ✨
