From the first phone contact to the end of the job this company offers first-rate Technical Knowledge, Customer Service Skills and great (refreshingly so) work ethic. They installed a new HVAC system timely, their work flow was organized and they welcomed my many questions. They closed gates, were respectful of my landscaping and closed doors behind them. Contacting the office with questions was easy, you speak to a real person who knows! Communications were clear. 🙂We are loving our new AC and when it is time to turn the heat on, they showed me how. I had my air ducts cleaned by EMG last week. They also did a furnace check/ inspection, cleaned my A/C unit and replaced my filter. I notice a huge difference with how my system is running. House is much cooler and the temperature is set 3 degrees higher than I had it set before they came out. The guys that came to my house were knowledgeable, super courteous, friendly, and very careful not to damage anything. I felt very comfortable having them inside my entire house. Great job to EMG. Would recommend 100%!!!
