Very disappointed. I had a 3 hour appointment and 2 of those 3 hours I spent waiting, maybe more. (I was told it would take 1.5 hours.) Every person I saw before I saw the Doctor had me wait 15 or 20 minutes/no explanation or apology. I have neuropathy, so sitting is not fun. It was my first appointment with him. A poor first impression. I also have a prescription for eyeglasses which is no good because I need cataract surgery. The eyeglasses will only benefit me very minimally because of my particular issues with my eyes.

I’m sad I don’t live in the area anymore, I haven’t found an ophthalmologist I like as much as I liked Dr Lupovitch! I respected and appreciated his critical thinking and listening skills and he doesn’t mind patient questions (and I always have a lot). I never leave provider reviews but that one star review below was the exact opposite of my experience so I wanted to say something.Now the billing department here…..it’s been a few years but they consistently billed me incorrectly and caused a lot of grief - it’s not just be me, my family comes here too and all of us joke about how much we must love Dr Lupovitch as we keep coming back despite having to put...read full review
