I used them for many years. I stayed loyal to a company that didn't deserve it. This past year was the end for me. I'm not sure what was used on my grass, but it looked so bad at the end of summer. That was it for me. Years of just ok service, leaving the gate open despite a sign on it requesting it be kept shut. I have a chahauwa that got out thanks to the tech. So I decided this season I would change. I'm done with loyalty. I hate giving bad reviews and I try to avoid them. However, last season lackadaisel service convinced me it is time to move on.

I have called and left messages since November with no return phone call to make a payment to you. Today I was called from a collection agency, your phone number on your website does not work.
When you finished our final spray of the year we were not living at the home and the paper was lost with our account info to make payment. Horrible practice update your website and call people back!
