Great staff. Very helpful. One of the few places with an experienced lamp repair expert able to repair my two lamps, at a reasonable price, within 2 days. Also the store has a great selection of beautiful lamps, lighting fixtures, all types of bulbs, and shades. I definitely recommend Brise Electrical.
Had such an amazing customer service experience here. First time in a long time where I felt appreciated as a customer. Their selection is wonderful and their sales associates are full of knowledge. Highly recommend.
I'm not sure who was on deck when others have recently experienced poor customer service. I haven't experienced any of that myself. The staff I've worked with were friendly, patient, and non-obtrusive. I was offered an extension on the return window because we weren't exactly sure when the fixtures would go in -- that was really nice! No one was dismissive or rude. The selection might be a little sparse compared to some stores but we found exactly what we wanted.
