This place is insane. They charge me an arm and a leg for no good reason. The Dr. Barely saw my dog. I got charged 623$ for him to tell me let's change her diet. Really? With that amount of money they should send me home with food enough for a year. I am very upset that they didn't give her any meds nor did any extensive test on her to find the root of her allergy. I already had her on allergy meds and started a new diet for her. I don't recommend this Dr. He wasn't even patience with my 11lb dog who was afraid of being there. His best solution to check her ears was to sedate her which can lead to death according to him. How would you even recommend that. What kind of a Dr would do that. It was a waste of time and money.

extremely competent staff that are available for persistent skin issues that other vets have struggled to resolve - if you have medically complex animals you will get a very through evaluation and it is worth the expense. have brought 2 dogs here and always left well informed.

My Goldendoodle has experienced chronic ear infections for years with the current infection present for over a year. It took awhile to get in but there was a cancellation and Luna was seen a month early. My experience was incredible. The patience and compassion offered by every person in the office was unbelievable. Dr. Bloom leads by example. He is brilliant and spends so much time explaining and making sure you understand. He put Luna’s comfort first. We were there all day and I left with so many answers and a plan. I am so grateful the my veterinarian referred me here.

Been going here since 2022. Unparalleled treatment and care for chronic dog skin allergies. They love your dog as much as you love them. My pit/lab mix is not mean or aggressive or crazy, but scared of a leaf blowing in the wind. Three techs were in the room with me and the DVM during his recent annual checkup to comfort him and love on him while he got 3 biopsies, blood drawn, skin cytologies, an allergy injection, a cytopoint injection, his anal glands released, and nail trim. This is the epitome of a fear-free certified vet. Expensive, yes, but what isn't nowadays? This is a specialty dermatology vet superior to all.

Truly a remarkable pet facility, providing specialties for furry little friends. Not only is the treatment world class, but the doctors and technicians are absolutely stellar human beings. They bring their medical skills to deal with the issues and they also bring their hearts and compassion as well. Well organized, very, very professional. A clean facility with ample parking and accessibility. Keep in mind that this is specialty animal hospital, so the medical approach might be different than going to your regular veterinary clinic. Our Cavalier, Tulip, actually looks forward to seeing Dr Matos, Kathryn and Kaitlyn. You will start with the smiles of the reception techs and it keeps getting better. Thanks to all.

I visited Dr. Bloom yesterday; he and his staff were very caring and informative. My cat itches and tears her skin out until it raw, I believe Dr. Bloom was able to diagnose and put a game plan in place. I want to also thank the vet tech, Kathryn. She was so knowledgeable and kind, answered all of my questions. It was very much appreciated.

I took my dog here for help with skin allergies. While the vet was able to identify a solution, I won’t be returning due to how I was treated during the visit. I came in for a same-day cancellation appointment, leaving work early and driving over 45 minutes to get there. From the moment we arrived, the vet repeatedly commented on how anxious my dog was and criticized me for not having her on a calming medication—even after I explained that I typically give it before appointments but forgot since this visit was scheduled last-minute. He made me feel judged rather than supported, and I’m sure his energy only added to my dog’s anxiety.

He also made several remarks about my dog’s grooming, even though I told him I had paused baths to determine whether her shampoo or conditioner was worsening her skin issues. I love my dog deeply and always strive to do what’s best for her, but I left feeling belittled and disrespected. Compassion and understanding go a long way, and unfortunately, that was missing from this experience.

Love this hospital for my baby. Very attentive, discuss options and gives great assistance on taking care of your 4 legged baby. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable.
