I wish I read the Reviews BEFORE buying a package!!!! I just found this place on Oct 16 2020. Sign said OPEN. Door was LOCKED, I rang bell...waited and waited....Natalie finally came to the door. I asked if it’s appointment only? She said NO. I bought a package $60. I tanned 12 min (MAX time allowed) and left. I took a pic of the sign on door with the HOURS. I returned the next day Saturday during business hours and it was CLOSED! I called and NO ANSWER! I returned again on Sunday....EXACT SAME STORY!!!!! I am putting a STOP PAYMENT on my charge which I see is pending. If payment clears I will DEMAND A FULL REFUND!I am going back to afterGLO tanning in Westland. Its a little bit out of my way BUT WORTH IT! Kristin is the Owner, very sweet, & professional. It is appointment only at this time but she has a lot of availability and looking for new customers :)PASS THIS ON !!!!!!*note: Baked Bunz Store hours on Door do DO NOT match Store hours online BUT I went during business hours that matched BOTH door and online!!!!

I would not recommend this place at all!I went into this place and no one opened the door for me,I had to wait 30 mins outside for a lady named Natalie to open the door for me. She did NOT apologize for making me wait 30 mins for my appointment. And then she asked for a 80$ tip, this place is ridiculousEdit: I have made an a appointment for 2:30 pm and arrived at 2:27 pm sharp! I Also had a mask on. The staff was the only one present when I was there getting a therapeutic treatment, if you are the owner—how would you know unless you were in there? Secondly I have called this place On Saturday and Sunday no one answered my calls? This place has got to be a joke?

No one is ever there, just stopped in at 5:20 today open sign was on and nobody there to let me in. Why do they advertise business hours and no one is there. This is the third time it’s happened to me. I didn’t get the 24 hours pass because the business hours worked for my schedule. Still don’t understand why someone has to let you in when they are open as well. This place is a joke.
