Henry Ford Family Medicine - Seven Mile Livonia

I love to go here to get my blood drawn they are quick and always get it on the first try with my veins. However, their website says to call for hours. When I called, it was like pulling teeth just to get the times of days that they were opened and closed. I'm not sure what day works best for me that is why I want to know when your place of business is opened so I don't waste my time! How difficult is it just to post the hours or have an automated response or just to give the answer without asking twenty questions?! While getting a mammogram is never fun, the staff made this the most pleasant experience it could possibly be. Amy was so kind, patient, and gentle. She is the best. I would never go anywhere else.

I find the office staff to be very helpful and friendly..I love my pcp,have been cared for by her for over 15years. She always follows up with me when I leave a message,or if I want the results of any tests. As a retired RN,I consider myself to be capable of recognizing poor medical care. I have never been disappointed with the care I have received at this clinic.
