I was in a car accident and my lawyer recommended another rehab rehabilitation center ( I won’t say the name) But they were very ineffective. I did some research and I found alternate rehab and Toby. The very first session I had I was already seeing results. You get to see the actual doctor and everything is super hands-on. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I had a lot of issues with my back, but Raghu was a great help and I liked that he did everything hands on. One thing that I like a lot about Alternative Rehab is that the physical therapist (PT) that is assigned to you is always there with you at each visit and they personally monitor the progress. I have been to other places and every time I had a different PT or assistant PT, sometimes the PT was even not there. I highly recommend Alternative Rehab for your PT needs!

Highly recommend for low back pain. The therapists there take the time to get to know you and understand your situation, and will develop a plan unique to your issues. After my first visit they gave me 3 simple stretching exercises to incorporate in my daily routine, doing this the next morning immediately made a difference in my mobility. In clinic they’ll also manipulate out any muscle tension and hook you up to a tens unit, but being consistent with the unique home exercises they give you is what actually makes a difference. Shoutout to Raghu and team for excellent service!
