1 Wood Floors

So pleased with our new wood floors installed by Anthony and Paul from 1Wood Floors in Livonia. Great experience! Roslyn stayed on top of all appointments and kept us informed along the way. Ed explained several flooring choices and helped us pick the perfect product. We have no hesitation recommending them for your flooring needs. PS - they also do carpeting which we will pursue in the next stage of improving our condo.

This is my second time using 1woodfloors. Highly recommend. They do beautiful work, very professional, great communication from start to finish. Used them to refinish floors and to replace floors both jobs are beautiful.

2024 Fast forward to my third project with One Wood Floors! Every project has been completed with the highest level of quality and professionalism. Ed, Roslyn and Aaron were all a pleasure to work with. This project involved a floor that had significant settling that Aaron painstakingly resolved. I only shopped one place for this project because I knew it would be done correctly.

It has been one month since our beautiful new floors were installed. It was a great pleasure to work with 1 Wood Floors from meeting Jeremy in the showroom to Scott, Chris and Chris with the installation. With about 1000 sq. ft. of new floors, I thought our project was big but 1 Wood Floors was ready for it. The customer service was unmatched - I was always kept up to date on the progress and when the flooring estimate ran a bit short, 1 Wood Floors expedited the shipping of the needed materials and stood by their original cost estimate. We shopped around for price and service and could not find any competitors that could beat 1 Wood Floors.

I cannot recommend 1 Wood Floors enough. Roslyn and Ed treat their customers like family and are just wonderful people in general- they are genuinely so responsive, anticipate customers' needs and want to help in any way possible. I purchased hardwood flooring from their store, and Roslyn was so expeditious and thorough with providing quotes and helping me select a product. Much to my regret, I did not book an install through their store and instead went with an independent installer I had made arrangements with a while before finding them. When I started noticing issues with this installer's work, Ed was kind enough to come out and inspect the job himself. He was very thorough and offered some super helpful guidance I greatly appreciated as a first-time homeowner dealing with a flooring install. You don't encounter this kind of service often these days.

I can't recommend Ed, Roslyn and their team enough. From the first visit out to project completion, the communication, workmanship and care that went into our new floors is second to none. The final product was nothing short of the level of outstanding prep work that was done prior to the flooring install. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else for our future flooring projects.

Excellent work. From the beginning to the finish, all done in a professional manner and my new hardwood floors in 4 rooms look fantastic. What surprised me the most was the lack of dust. They contained almost all the dust while sanding, etc. Post job clean up was minimal:) The workers were professional and worked hard. My job was completed exactly as planned and the team at the shop do a careful job of planning out all aspects. Really well done and highly recommend 1 Wood Floors to anyone wanting to update their existing floors to hardwood. Thank you!
