Had a power surge and after the fire department, DTE left they said I needed and electrician before they could restore power. I called National Electric at 4 pm, within 40 minutes Robert was at my house telling me what needed to be done. Darius and his crew were at my house and left at 10:40pm with my power restored, and back the next day to replace all my lights in the basement. They were very professional and I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again when needed

Robert was a massive help. Called at 10:30PM for a power outage and he was able to help me out over the phone. He was polite, courteous, and had the knowledge. Was a simple fix and he saved the night, and probably a few hundred bucks!

Robert and his crew were professional and timely. They were on time and cleaned the area after the installation. For the initial time I spoke with Robert he assured me him and his guys could get the job done. I called him a thousand times and a thousand times he answered with an understanding voice. Not to mention I thought it would be a long time before I could get on the schedule and Robert was all over it the same day!!! I appreciate the professionalism , patience and kindness.
