I had a wonderful experience at this office. The customer service ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful, supportive, and patient throughout the process. I came in on a Friday and explained to the doctor that I urgently needed glasses by Thursday. Not only did they understand my situation, but they went above and beyond to expedite the order. My glasses were ready by noon on Tuesday, which was even earlier than I expected.
