I’ve been going tanning at the Lincoln Park Image Tanning salon for approximately ten years, taking breaks in the winter months. I’ve been very pleased up until now. I have the elite package and have access to the black diamond beds. The buttons are broken on the bed and you can’t operate the fan. No air what so ever in there. The other black diamond bed they have only emits heat from the top lights , the bottom half that you lay on stays ice cold the whole entire tanning session as if you are not getting any rays. Always clean and I love the teeth whitening. I got it on Groupon so I wasn't thinking I was going to see a huge difference but WOW. I got the same whitening I get every time I do the ZOOM whitening at the dentist. I highly recommend checking them out!

Edit: I changed it from 1 to 3 stars because I finally got the chance to speak with Alyssa and she contacted the owner and they gave me a $90 credit to use on their other services. Not exactly the resolution I was hoping for, but it will work for me.Didn't wanna have to give them one star but they left me no choice. This review will solely about their customer service, not about their actual machines or service. So what happened? A few days ago I had went in for their red light therapy, and enthusiastically I went for their 3 month package for $100 because of the benefits of Red Light therapy and it was one of their better value deals for it.
