Ruby is the best!
I’ve been getting pedicures and manicures here for a couple of years. I’ve never had a problem. Everyone is professional, courteous, and friendly. I’ve had several Different employees do my nails, both male and female without any incidents or issues. I like that I don’t have to make an appointment. I just walk in. You could call ahead to find out if there’s a wait time but they don’t know if they’re going to get a sudden rush. I highly recommend it.
The male tech (younger man) should not be doing nails. My daughter was left in tears at how bad they were. We went to another salon immediately after leaving and got them fixed. Thick, jagged, crooked, messy, and gaps. the girl at the salon we went to that fixed them kept shaking their head at how bad they were. I now wish I would have read the reviews about him beforehand.
