I needed them in a jiffy cuz I was not going to be in town longer than a day & my furnace would not kick on. Jim came & took care of the problem (a ingnighter switch problem). He was kind & patient. I'd call him again....but hope I don't have to!

Allan Heating and Cooling is the best...I have been using this company for years with 100% satisfaction. Jim the owner in knowledgeable and professional. His right hand man is simply outstanding. Chad has worked in our home several times over the years, and most recently during a renovation. We could not be happier with Chad... Chad now has Cameron Jim Allan's son working with him, the two of them are the A team... You can't go wrong with these guys.

My furnace went out on Sunday on Thanksgiving weekend. I called all over for help (even emergency lines) with no response. Then the owner of Allen Jim called back and said he was up North out of town. After I told him I was without heat and what was going on he said he would head home and get a part from his shop. We were very stressed out because we cant just get a hotel room or stay with someone because we have three dogs (I know it's crazy). Anyways he hooked me up and had us toasty warm again that evening. This was the second time he saved my butt on a weekend. Last year a wind storm ripped my main ground wire out and a surge blew the transformer in the furnace after...read full review
