OMH Medical Group has kind, professional and pleasant clinical staff. Jessica Neuroth is a doctor who listens and gives straight forward advice, and patients get better under her care. The staff is patient and kind, worth the drive from anywhere. McBride always goes above and beyond to help, ensuring the process beyond the office is productive in recovery. Dr Maschke is the best.
Suspected kidney infection with compromised immune system. Dr told me was going to prescribe one antibiotic, then prescribed another. When I looked up new antibiotic prescribed it said not to use with kidney infection. I called, said her notes said tapped on my back and did not hurt...I showed her where my side hurt and she said where kidney is...also had a fever. Could end up with sepsis, very serious if mistreated. Today I called and they switched to different antibiotic. Be your own advocate!
We were up for a long weekend and I was up all night with a sore throat and ear ache-absolutely miserable! Not only were they open on a Sunday of Memorial weekend but ALL the staff members I encountered were awesome! That is hard to say these days! Everyone was sympathetic and kind but not overly so, just seemed sincere and real. The facility was clean and my whole experience was casual yet professional! Thank you!
Been with Dr. MaNamara for a few years now and he is a amazing doctor very one on one and honest. Doesn't sugar coat nothing which is nice to have a breath of fresh air. His nurse is very nice and listens to you. Amazing office they are all stand up people. Good people and sweet hearts.
