Got talking to owner and they had a few Brandnew water heaters they just had sitting in storage. He made an offer, I double checked price on-line, then jumped on it like my life depended on it. This is 2nd water heater we've had them install on our properties. Never an issue and both running great. The most recent is TWICE the size I was going to buy at a lower cost.
