Mike was great! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he worked. He knew what was causing my wet basement immediately and also tested and repaired the issue with the water pump. He tested and rechecked all of his work before leaving and explained some follow-up if necessary. I highly recommend Fields Plumbing and Heating. He even took pictures and videos of the project and showed me before and after photos! The price was reasonable as well.
I had a problem with my A/C not working. I opened the back of outside unit and found the mice made a nice home in the unit and chewed on the wires. Armando came out. Very friendly and professional. He fixed the wires. The A/C was up and running within 30 minutes.
We purchased our new furnace and a/c from Fields. The support has been wonderful. We had them come and check it while we were 2600 miles away. They took care of us and went above and beyond. Thankful for their help.
