After reading all the excellent reviews on Google, I called Exterior Zone to fix a leak in my roof. That same day, Dillon (the owner) came out to assess the project. We were in a rainy pattern of weather, so he put up a temporary fix that stopped the leak coming into my house. After the rain stopped we set up an appointment that was approximately 3 weeks out. A couple days later we had a huge rain event with very strong winds, and the temporary fix was compromised. I called the office and Dillon moved some of his projects that could wait a bit and and made my roof repair his number one priority. This was our 6th time using The Exterior Zone for roof & related exterior projects (bath fan venting to roof vents, ridge vent replacement, soffit & fascia replacement, faux porch removal, brick pressure washing previously). This time they added soffit vents and replaced the dryer vent. As usual the guys (Ryan and Ashtyn) did a great job - meticulous work, mindful of landscaping, thorough cleanup. Thanks to Dillon, Chris, Ryan, Ashtyn & the rest of the team!!
Exterior Zone handled my issue the very next day! Called Chris who got me an estimate and had the whole job signed up in a few minutes. Ryan and Ashtyn were outstanding! Both friendly and knowledgeable. They answered every question and explained every step along the way. Exterior Zone is the only place I call when I have a problem with my home. Thank you all of you!
