I seen Dr. Sotzen, yesterday. He was very polite, he listened to my concerns and treated every one of them. I was not rushed at all. Very pleasant staff, I didn’t get their names. Check in and check out was very easy and the receptionist was pleasant, friendly, and great at her job. The medical assistant that took me back was very nice, knowledgeable. she answered all my questions above and beyond what I expected. I will return as needed. I recommend Dr. Sotzen and his staff. The office ladies were able to get me a same day appointment to address my skin issue. Dr. Michelle listened to the information and concerns I shared and reviewing my past appointments, to come up with a cause and solution.
I can't say enough good things about the professionalism of the people in this office! They are all very caring and knowledgeable. I had what I would consider an out of the ordinary situation and Dr. Stoecker and her staff handled it brilliantly!
