I cannot say enough good things about the exceptional staff at Suncrest. I was visiting there daily and the care they offered the residents was beyond what I would've imagined. They treat each and every patient with care, dignity and respect. My mother was truly blessed to be under their care and I will forever be appreciative of them for it.

Highly recommended. The service they provide is exceptional. Their team is trained very well and goes above and beyound what their job calls for. My Mother finally feels comfortable and happy here. So glad we found this place. She is constantly raving about Hope and how well she helps her.

My grandmother is currently there. They have been nothing but extraordinary very patient it's a beautiful facility they have gorgeous grounds it's clean everybody is well fed If they want something special to eat they get it if they need special attention they get it I really truly cannot say enough nice things about this place and their employees

Very poor management skills and terrible communication! I was hired on the spot wasn’t even interviewed. Wasn’t informed of needing to get a drug screening done within a 48 hour period. Had to figure out where to go to get a drug screening on my own because they don’t answer their phones they lied to the drug screening place saying I had a death in my family! Only to be resigned from my position because of their unprofessionalism! Wouldn’t recommend to work here or take your loved ones a simple drug test with a simple instructions is all to make me see their true colors! Horrible place!

At first I was picking up here at this place the employees were great but soon as things got better they turned to worse. I asked for help on a two assist and did not get the help I needed on 2 south. They had me lift people who were 2 assist on hoyers that was dangerous because I could have dropped a resident so I did not lift them. I waited 2 hours In one room. They stressed me out so bad at Lapeer, I made it my last day for picking up on the 26th of January, I was told to come back into a room. My shift was over I was tired and ready to go. One of the ladies had signed me out but didn’t complete the process she had a bad attitude and lied on me saying I forged her signature when I never signed her name on it. They gained up on me. I did nothing wrong but pick up and didn’t have to. I love the residents I was compassionate about them so I stayed faithful picking up for this company as an agent I will never want to go back to a place that finds small things to pick at you about when your tired and they already stressed you out to the max. I got home and cried my eyes out the next day I suffered a mini stroke and was later diagnosed with Bells Palsy it’s newly stress related. Having to wear hot hazmat suit before entering the rooms. If your a good hard working person who’s very compassionate please don’t ever work here at this place they will drain you of your energy and happiness. I’m still recovering from my symptoms they could have been way nicer to me they treated me like a 2 bit criminal.

From 25 years personal experience this is one of the best facilities in the State. We are always fully supplied. The insurance and retirement are good. Our staff today are all kind and easy to get along with. Staff are very knowledgeable and you will increase your skills. In these special times we need more special people. Its about the residents and just giving them the care that they need.
