I had brought my PlayStation 4 into cracked for a disc drive repair. it stoped working I thought I would have to order a new one. The guy at cracked only messed with it for 30 minutes got it working and didn’t even charge me I highly highly recommend going to cracked for any gaming or computer repair needs. I will be going back that’s for sure you just don’t find service like that anymore. thank you again cracked!!!!

I brought in my Galaxy S24 with a damaged charging port, and for just $129 they replaced it quickly and professionally. When the replacement part turned out to be defective — and they discovered the antenna had been nicked during the initial repair — the tech immediately ordered a new port and a new antenna at no extra cost.
The transparency, accountability, and genuine willingness to make things right really stood out. The tech was cooperative the entire time, and I left feeling taken care of rather than upsold.

Very friendly, honest people. I paid 50 dollars and that was it for an iPhone that was in water for an hour. They could have told me anything and I would have believed them as I know nothing about electronics. I feel blessed to have dealt with Cracked. - George Tackett
