Huge shout out to BCB Well Pump and Tank Service and Shawn and Austin for being downright amazing. We have lived in this house for 3 years and its been nothing but a kitchen sink of issues.
Our well pump had a rough winter and we had some pipes freeze and burst. We got that fixed and Austin came out in the rain on short notice to look into why we had another issue with the well pump. Austin was super kind and informative! We cannot praise him or BCB enough for what they do for the people in this community !!

Our switch & tank failed overnight, called at 8am and both were replaced and back up and running by noon. Austin, our tech, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Pricing was very fair, a little less than we expected based on a decent amount of research and a quote for way more a few months ago from another company. Was a truly pleasant surprise that what could have been a stressful, time consuming, and expensive fix was handled so well on all fronts.

These guys were awesome. They came out and had my old water tank out and the new one in in an hour and a half. They even took away the old metal tank.
I'm very grateful! They were super nice and very professional. I will recommend them to anyone who asks.
