Paid, included tip. Got home still bugs on front, mud on back window and bumper. I usually never have this issue, especially after including tip. However I will be driving to the other car wash in town for now on..

I love this car wash, but I wish they would take their time to put the bug remover on just as I pay for it. Take time to make sure that the vehicles are actually getting cleaned. I wish someone was at the end drying the cars off. That would definitely improve my experience
