WM has never missed a pickup. Their website gives you the next scheduled pickup date and when your last pickup was done. The drivers have always left the container nicely placed on the driveway - not thrown wherever they please. If some trash escapes the container the driver will always clean up the area and dispose of the trash. And they always give you a wave when they see you.
Been great but thier phone system couldn't find my address and I was wanting to schedule a missed pickup I missed my day, totally on me and I was willing to pay for the extra stop ,I've been put on the schedule but it's already my regular day ,she should have given me clearer answer on whether or not they are able to do a pickup so I sat it out for 6 days instead of leaving it next to the garage
He always remembers to pick up my trash. Has never left a mess while dumping my container. And every Christmas he leaves me a Christmas card. I have been a client with WM for around 40 yearsService: Trash removal & disposal
