If I could give zero stars. Do not sign up for this predatory service from Rocky Mountain Power. If you have, read your contract and the fine print. All this program is, is a predatory fake service thay will cost you money and end you in collections. If anything goes wrong with your system they will cancel your contract. Then put you in collections. When you finally figure out what's going on and actually speak with a wattsmart program person. She will give you the middle finger and send you packing with out a care in the world. Not surprising coming from Rocky Mountain Power.
