Staff members are compassionate and friendly, making pets feel comfortable and loved. The resort also makes special accommodations for dogs with high anxiety or special needs, such as giving RX meds and providing rooms with partitions to ensure they are not bothered by other dogs. Although some find it a bit pricey, most agree it’s worth every penny. With its great service and caring atmosphere, Wag 'N Tails has earned a loyal customer base.

It is never easy to leave my sweet Lacey but knowing how well she is cared for makes it easier. There was one time I was waiting in the lobby to pick her up. She came bounding into the lobby and didn't even notice me because she was so happy to see Amanda.
I highly recommend Wag’N Tails Pet Resort. My dog has always been scared of strangers and the staff are really kind and patient with her. They go out of their way to make sure she is comfortable. I have had a bad experience at another kennel and I really appreciate knowing she will be taken care of during her stay. Thank You!
