Our new HVAC was installed today. Thanks to the technicians, Dan D and Derek V, this massive project was done in only 6 hours. After the work was done, Dan and Derek showed us the new furnace and basic instructions on its working, how to replace the micro filter, and how to set the new the thermostat and humidifier. They were meticulous about keeping our home clean, using sheets to cover all walkways they would need to use while working. Very impressed with the service we received from Vredevoogd.

Austin, the plumbing technician sent by Vredevoogd did an awesome job. His task began by assessing the situation (replace or repair toilet). Next, he made three no pressure option recommendations including the price quote for each scenario. After which, he gave us time to consider our options. Austin fully answered all my questions and concerns with patience and superior knowledge. We decided to replace the toilet based on price comparison and warranty of the three possibilities. Austin contacted dispatch and was able to schedule the work that hour! He also kept us informed of his progress at each key steps.
