I've had the pleasure of working with Miles, Josh, Tom and Beth. I tore my patella tendon back in November, 2020 and had been very limited in my range of motion. Fast forward to March I'm actively doing yoga and climbing up flights of stairs with ease.But what has been more important to me has been their strong passion in developing me past their guidance. I feel that I've gained a way more insightful way on how to treat my injury and help prevent other issues from arising.Thank you so much PTC team!
