Your Technician, Shane, went above and beyond. I had fallen and he helped me up. He always does a thorough job but today he was not afraid to help me. He has always been a good worker.

Jason did a wonderful job. He even went back and looked for an activity once he sprayed the outside to see where the most activity was. He hasn’t done the inside yet, but I’m sure he will do just as good job. He put effort into it and that means a lot in my blood. Keep up the good work, Jason.

He removed the trellis material to get under the porch and replace it. No one has ever done that, and it is an area that concerned me. I was gone when he finished up, and he called me, and gave me a recap of everything that he had done.
