I have purchased a couple different policies and I have never in my life seen such terrible customer service. I cancelled my policy today because girl that is currently running the day to day operations is rude, condescending, has zero accountability and should not at all be dealing with customers. I contacted the owner and he wouldn't answer the call, nor return one, I get they cater to a typical demographic, but definitely take your business elsewhere; they should be not be in business.

Worst customer service and professionalism I've ever dealt with. Several horrible experiences with them. Finally switched to Rathbun and I am so glad I did. Rathbun has been so much more professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Oh and Rathbun was able to find me way cheaper rates.
