A friendly and efficient experience. I was in and out after my exam quickly with all the help that I needed. Lots of options to choose from while I was there and a large showroom with an excellent staff.

The entire staff was super nice and very helpful! I was so thankful I could get in so quickly after Christmas and they put in a rush for my new glasses. 10/10 I even had my dad come in and schedule an appointment cause how amazing this place is! For now on SVS will be my go-to eye care place!!

I live in between Jackson and Lansing currently but in the past I have always done all my business in Jackson. I have been trying for months to get into the eye doctors for my whole family at the SVS in Jackson and got nothing but the run around. I called this one on Canal and was offered appts for that day and had appts available for about anytime I had available for all members of my family. The staff at this local is amazing,, they are all super friendly and have awesome customer service. My family won't be going to another eye center if at all possible.
