Great service Mandie is so awesome my hair always turns out great. But stay away from Amie if you a person of color she will find something else to do and not wait on you and she was constantly swearing about not wanting to wait the next person makes the place look bad

I came in to get my dead ends and undercut cleaned up. I thought everything was fine, but then again, I was looking at my wet hair from some distance through a hand mirror. When it started to dry and I lifted it up, it looked like my undercut hadn't been trimmed at all. There are patches of smooth skin surrounded by little fuzzies, and the undercut has the same issues as when I came in. I am absolutely devastated.Edit: I reached out to them and came in the very next day, Mandie had me fixed right up in a matter of minutes free of charge. I greatly appreciate their handling of the situation, and have updated the star count to reflect that.
