I spoke with Ben over the phone to give an initial idea of why we were reaching out and he quickly was able to determine the likely issue and gave a thorough description of what he expected the treatment to be, the cost, etc. Thomas arrived on time the morning of the appt and was wonderfully personable, explaining what he was going to be doing in an easy-to-understand manner. They were both professional, communicative, honest, and thorough! I highly recommend them if you're having unwanted rodents in your home.

Gutter installers found a hornet nest in my home and couldn’t finish the installation. I called a number of large chain pest control companies but Ben explained his process over in detail that I could understand. He and his assistant came that same day.
