Technician was prompt, communicated well, was professional and friendly. He explained the issues. $240 for diagnostic and repair, took about 90 minutes. Not cheap but good service and better than having to replace the dishwasher. Appreciate the service.

Like many, we were saddened when Sears closed its doors in our city. However, discovering the Sears trained experienced techs are still there to repair & maintain our appliances....we felt comfortable with them before & very satisfied they are still there.
