Hello, the ladies at the West Saginaw location in Lansing, MI are so kind and helpful. I came in thinking I was at Lens Crafters and needed my lens put into my back up pair, they put them in no problem, and got me set-up for an exam .

I had an amazing experience at this eye doctor’s office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. A special shoutout to MJ, the manager, who runs the office so smoothly and truly makes patients feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Stevenson was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Rhonda was also wonderful—friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire visit. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care and outstanding customer service!

Everyone was very friendly, polite and courteous of my time. Always enjoy having a smooth and efficient appointment here.

While the staff and onsite personnel are great, I have to do an edit to add that the billing process is a massive headache, and the reason I’m scaling down my review to 3 stars.

All billing goes to a centralized system. I Was surprised to find out nearly two months after my visit I still owed $40, after I had paid for everything up front the day of the visit. The invoice arrived via text message (instantly had me on guard), the link in the text message did not generate an itemized invoice of what the $40 charge was for. It also said...read full review
