I just had service done and they had the best price and got the job done exactly as promised.
They could definitely take a more modern approach to sending invoices and booking appointments, but don’t get it twisted—their word on price and getting it done is solid.

This in my opinion is the Best Tree Service in the Lansing area. I called Ruby's Tree Service last week spoke with Ruby about having a large oak tree removed from my front yard, next morning Earl was out at 10am and gave me a reasonable estimate. The following week Earl's two sons arrived at my house 8:30am and got right to work on the oak tree. They had the tree down and stump grinder by the end of the day 4:30pm. This Family owned Tree Service business did a Fantastic Job on removing my large oak tree and I highly recommend them for tree work.
Ruby's Tree Service is 100% the best tree service ever. they are very reasonable price, very professional, very fast, and do a very excellent clean up job after the trees are gone.
this company has taken 14 oak trees that are at least 75/100 foot up with the base being at least 50 foot in diameter and I can believe how fast they get the trees down. if you want the cheapest and the best of the best this is the company to call. I am completely satisfied and very very happy..
