Dan the Rooter Guy saved the day. He showed up on time with an advance ETA text. Our main line was clogged going into our shop's septic tank. He removed the toilet and snaked the line multiple times to get it open. He then ran a camera down it to make sure the line was OK. Thankfully he did that because he found why it was clogging. We had a 4 inch dip in the old cast iron line outside that accumulated solids and wipes that was discovered by his camera display screen and underground beeping locator. Dan did an excellent job replacing our bathroom faucet. His work is high quality! He was efficient and professional. He was also very knowledgeable and friendly! He was done in about an hour and saved us about 4 hours of our time if we had tried to do it ourselves (not to mention the pain we would’ve had for days afterwards from getting under the sink)! We will definitely call him in the future for any plumbing or drain issues!
