UPDATE: the owner contacted me and made this right. They gave me a complimentary massage and she was fantastic. It feels like today most company’s apologize and say too bad so sad. It was really refreshing and appreciated that they offered the mak it right.
I am very disappointed in the service I received today. When I walked in for my 10am appointment , I was told the massage therapist was not in but would be arriving in a few minutes. It was that moment I knew I was going to be stood up due to it being past my appointment time but I waited . While I understand life happens, I was assured she was spoken to that morning and was aware of our appointment.... read full review

Update: The company made the below comment right. It feels like most company's and people now take the "too bad so sad but we are sorry" approach to issues. It was refreshing that the business made my situation right :) . Thank you The massage therapist did not show up to my appointment. I wasted my time and my gas to get there. When I arrived on time, I was told they would be there in a few minutes and assured me that they had spoken to her and she knew of my appointment. First red flag was that she was late. The atmosphere is amazing everything is nice and clean. The owner and staff are amazing! I had a facial, dermal planing , red light therapy and a manicure. I highly recommend their services . If you want a peaceful , relaxing experience with great customer service this is the place to go!
