RL Rider did two major projects for us in 2021-22: complete renovations of our primary suite and our kitchen. We are delighted with both projects and very happy with RL Rider's work. Recently (now 5 years later), we discovered issues with our shower door/curb and bathroom flooring. They investigated and determined that mistakes were made during the project. They took responsibility for making repairs which included rebuilding the curb and replacing a large section of the flooring. It was a several days of work which they scheduled and completed quickly, at no charge to us. We are truly impressed at how they handled the situation - thank you!
Our experience with Rl Rider was excellent. We had a bad experience with another company and we needed our refrigerator surround redone. They were sympathetic to our situation and did an outstanding job. We are blown away by how much better the new surround looks. It is absolutely beautiful.
