Came out at a last minutes notice to help me get my heat working again. Not only did he get things up and working again, he provided a detailed explanation as to what caused the issue so that we can avoid this in the future.

Dan & Lexi came back out because we had a few questions & needed a few things checked. Rise Up responded immediately and offered to come back, top to bottom, to make sure everything was complete. They were, again, very friendly and helpful and made sure we were 1000% satisfied, which we were. Customer service like this is extremely hard to come by anymore. They'll definitely have our business & recommendations for years to come.

What a great experience!! Jim, Shawn and Dave were wonderful. They explained everything thoroughly and showed us before and after pics. They inspected my hvac system, as well and cleaned out my dryer vent. They found a small water leak, I didnt know about and helped me fix it. Not even related to their visit. Even changed a high reaching lightbulb that I couldn’t get too! :) We called around for prices and theirs was very reasonable. Will be using again!
