I appreciate their honesty and explaining mechanical repairs in layman's language. Their diagostics reports are great too. All those I have spoken to have been helpful and respectful.
Righters has always been good about going over everything, including the cost, that needs to be done and whether it's urgent or recommended, but they've never been pushy. They have always done good work on my car. They are also very polite and understanding about my lack of vehicle knowledge. When a problem happens with my car again, I'll be calling Righters.
Great pricing on oil changes. Just had an oil change and they discovered a couple of problems.This was noon. I left my car for repair, Matt took me home, and by 8:06 the next morning the repairs were done! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, highly recommend.
