Ryan was great. He made an initial trip out and returned to talk to both my wife and I a week later. The project was explained in depth and all questions answered. Happy to be working with a company based in Lansing. Finding a company that will deal with a flat roof in MI is a relief.

Ryan stopped by to give us a quote on a roof replacement. He was very professional answerd all of our questions and took the time to explain his company's process from beginning to end.

Ryan came to review some issues we were having with our gutters. He spent 4 hours with us showing us photos of our roof and attic, thoroughly talking through the issues he identified and his recommendations. He came with physical product samples for us to look at and even held them up for us to look at in the sun! He was personable, kind, and knowledgeable. Pushy salespeople make us uncomfortable, but Ryan was not pushy at all. He was very understanding and patient as we learned and made a decision. We were very happy with the sales process.
