I just had to have my car towed from home because of a dead battery and both Caleb and Shawn who I worked with were very kind, professional and thankful. The process did not take as long as I was worried it would take.
The customer service to start off was great. Then Caleb from Pj's was amazing he showed up to tow us and ending up getting my sons car back on the road. 10/10 Great people!! They are above and beyond what I expected or have ever experienced in a tow company.
I had broken down on a busy intersection in Lansing. We called PJ's Towing and got a driver named Shawn. He was fantastic, very professional and we enjoyed speaking with him on the ride back. If you ever need a tow, this company is great and will take good care of you. He was even able to give a ride home since I didn't have my truck. Extra fee, but worth it! I hope i don't need to use them too often but I will definitely use this company again if needed. They are prompt with answering the phone and getting a driver out to you. Fantastic experience, minus my truck...😅. We didn't use our insurance and the rate was way lower than I thought a tow would be.
