Great service. Picked up a shipment I had held at the terminal. No hassles at all, easy access, convenient hours, very helpful with loading. Very careful in handling items and cautious not to damage my haul rig. I would highly recommend having items delivered here over the option of paying more to have residential delivery.

Only complaint is that their online tracking isnt close to accurate. My item never showed being at the terminal, even after the projected delivery date had passed. I suspect the item missed several scans along the way as most of the travel progress made no sense.

The drivers are top of the list. Helpful and polite. Office staff has answers and are great to work with. Not afraid to call ahead and give you a warning so you can be ready. Drivers aren't afraid of helping you get loaded or unloaded. Give em 10 stars if I could
