We had a whole side of the wall where the plugs were not working. Raul came and was fantastic. Before they do anything, they make sure that you are in agreement with it and sign. Definitely keeping this company in my contacts for future use.
This was our second service call with Mr. Electric. The experience was once again timely, professional, and very thorough. Our service tech, Alex Nephew, was especially patient as I hovered over everthing he did! I appreciated his concern for upgrading several areas where electrical safety codes had changed since our house was built 18 years ago. Going forward, I will continue to recommend Mr. Electric.
My technician was good. He spent about 8 hours repairing the damage inflicted by the construction crew that installed new windows. The radon fan was rewired as well, with surge protectors for the furnace and air conditioner.
