Today i came through the car wash i was meeted and greeted by a young man that i believe to be named Eric who was very respectful and welcoming ! Yes sir no sir you just don't hear that these days! Much respect to Misters and to Eric...
Out of every mister carwash that I've been too in years, Eric working at this moment 3:23pm Thursday May 1st, is the only one who has ever properly sprayed down my vehicle as I entered. And that goes for any carwash I've been to in recent years.
Do something special for Eric. I also made sure to tip him well for his efforts. People who do a good job need to know that they are appreciated and should always receive positive reinforcement.
Eric should be groomed as manager material.

The wash quality is just OK. Even with their premium top end wash package, there were still spots not fully cleaned in the back around the bumper and around door edges. They also needlessly close down their automated entryways so their poor employees (plus: the staff is always very kind and thorough) have to manually check in vehicles and try to upsell everyone.
